ABOUT GOD
God is the creator and ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in 3 persons:
the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

ABOUT JESUS CHRIST
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. He arose from the dead after 3 days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory and will return again someday to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT
The Holy Spirit is co-equal with the Father and the Son of God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding for spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every believer a spiritual gift when they are saved. As Christians we seek to live under His authority, daily.

ABOUT THE BIBLE
The Bible is God's word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of error.

ABOUT HUMAN BEINGS
People are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God's creation. Although every person has tremendous potential for good, all of us are marred by an attitude of disobedience towards God called "sin". This attitude separates people from God and causes many problems in life.

ABOUT SALVATION
Salvation is God's free gift to us but we must accept it. We can never make up for our sin by self- improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness, can anyone be saved from sin's penalty. When we turn from our self-ruled life and turn to Jesus in faith, we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one recieves Jesus Christ into his life by faith.

ABOUT ETERNAL SECURITY
Because God gives us eternal life through Jesus Christ, the true believer is secure in that salvation for eternity as long as they choose to stay in relationship with Jesus. If you have been genuinely saved, you cannot "lose it." Salvation is maintained by the grace of God that gives us security.

ABOUT ETERNITY
People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God or eternally with God, through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life in Heaven. Heaven and Hell are real places of eternal existence.

ABOUT BAPTISM

It illustrates Jesus' death, burial and resurrection. "Christ died for our sins... He was buried... and He rose again." 1 Corinthians 15:3-4. "For when you were baptized, you were buried with Christ, and in baptism you were raised with Christ." Colossians 2:12.
Its a living picture of our new lives as followers of Jesus. See Romans 6:4. Baptism doesn't make you a follower of Jesus, it demonstrates that you already have decided to follow Jesus. It is important to understand that baptism does not secure a relationship with God. That relationship with God happens only by grace through your Faith in Jesus and what He did for you on the cross. "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith... It is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast." Ephesians 2:8-9

After you begin your relationship with Jesus, it starts the process of a life long relationship with God. That relationship involves a continual process of getting to know Jesus and taking next steps in your relationship. In the book of Acts, in the Bible, the very first step to reflect this desire in your life to follow Jesus, was through baptism.
